What is a podcast?

A podcast is a special feed which will automatically download new audio recordings to your computer as they become available.

How to listen to a podcast:

To listen to recent messages from Covenant Fellowship via podcast, you will need iTunes (4.9 or higher). You can download the latest version of iTunes from www.itunes.com. Once you have iTunes installed on your computer, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step by step instructions for iTunes users:

1. Click the “iTunes Podcast” button on the Sovereign Grace Church audio downloads page. iTunes will open the iTunes music store to the Covenant Fellowship Church podcast page.
2. Click the subscribe button in the top panel. The latest message from Sovereign Grace Church will begin downloading to your hard drive.
3. You can then listen to it through iTunes, burn a CD, or load it onto a portable music device such as an iPod for listening anytime.
4. iTunes will check periodically for new messages. Whenever a new message is available it will automatically download into your iTunes library.

Notes:

• You may be alerted that an external application must be launched; if so click “OK” or “Launch Application.”
• You may be directed to a page that asks if you have iTunes; if so click “I have iTunes.”
• There may be a delay after clicking “Subscribe to Podcast” while your computer opens iTunes, this is normal.
• To unsubscribe, click the Podcasts icon on the left side of iTunes and delete the Sovereign Grace Church entry on the right.
